I have mood swings that can be triggered by very small things. The most common emotion triggered is anxiety. I've learned to deal with this in part by writing down my feelings in an Anxiety and journal and cross-referencing what I've written with lists of cognitive distortions to identify errors in thinking. This usually helps me feel better, but I still have problems dealing with these feelings in the moment.

Does anyone have any advice for helping to calm rapid mood swings in the moment?
