What do you find is distracting you? What are you having difficulty with in English and psychology?

Are you mainstreamed?

everything, movement, other people talking, drawings, doodling, today it was the letter 'a', or if im at a computer at school ill start watching youtube videos,

i am mainstreamed with very few accomidations, they give me more time to process information and thats it.

Maybe you just need to tell yourself: "I'll watch YouTube videos later. Now, I have to get down to work on my English/psychology."

I wonder if investing in earphones (not very visible, so you don't get teased) will do the trick--to keep away extraneous noises.

Obviously, the school believes you could succeed--which is why they put you in a mainstream class (I happen to believe that's the way to go. Special Ed has a way of producing apathetic people if the teachers don't care).

How have your report cards been so far this year?

Are you a senior? Will you graduate this year?

Maybe you're stressing a little bit about the fact that you're graduating?

Those aren't bad grades. You're not failing anything. You're doing very well in a mainstream setting, despite your autism. That's something to be proud of.

I'm glad you're proud. It seems like you've overcome quite a bit, and have learned a lot.

I know you want to focus. Sometimes, you have to use your "will" to focus. It might seem hard--but if you practice enough, it gets easier.

At least, you will get a regular diploma, and be eligible for university or college. That's a great accomplishment in my opinion.
