Hate HAVING AS! (New social issue.)

Ok! As you know some of us don't understand emotion or people intentions when they say stuff right? Well on my video game we constantly do 6 people missions and then our best two players leave then I'm just hanging! I join there 2 man team and hear OMG! I wasn't going to return to that mission they sucked!! Then they said they'd help me with a 3 man mission AND MY DAMN INTERNET CUT OFF! By the time I got it back going they had joined a "New" 6 man team without me! :-(

I don't understand social intentions of leaving a party and "saying" they are going to return! Leaving me sitting there IMO Be right back is TRUE Be right back! Not leave and never return or 2 top players leave then bad mouth the team I was on. I am nearly in tears! That I don't understand this social rule. IMO I don't know who are good players and who aren't I just grab a 6 man crew and run the mission having my two top player friends is great but then they ditch and I'm left confused.

I gave up on on-line games for just the reasons you described.

Good riddance to them!

Do you use a console or a PC, because on both systems, there is a wide selection of games that are great for playing offline. With a console though, you have kind of a broader selection.

This stuff made Destiny unplayable for me.

I was a Bungie fan from Pathways into Darkness through Marathon, Myth, Oni and Halo... so I was shocked and disappointed at the pitifully thin "story" in Destiny... but I thought it might be OK because of the crisp, Halo-like gunplay, movement and sound effects... but then I tried going on the first strike on the Moon.

The matchmaking feature set me up with two strangers who did not want me in their party. It was my first in-game experience of the kind of sh!t that usually only happens in real life. I paid to have a virtual experience of the kind of bad social experience I can go out and find for free in real life? No thanks!

I don't think it's really an AS issue, this is something that happens online. People say brb and they don't return or they say they are busy but yet stay on the line. It drives me crazy so I take it as a grain of salt and I no longer take it seriously. If someone says brb, do not expect them to be back. Translate it to gtg. Aspies have done this to me too. Even I am guilty of it because I have told someone to be right back and instead I would forget I was online talking to someone because I was too busy taking care of my son and I simply forgot about my computer. Maybe it's unintentional what they are doing and they really do believe they will be back but something comes up and they forget.


I don't really play online, I have only chatted on messengers.

Cut out for barely 10min. Had to reboot it then when I got back they had already joined another 6 man team (Not sure they actually DID it with that crew or not). :-( But barely 10min. sheesh! :-)
