I don't know when I stopped being spoon fed, but my dad would cut my food up for me until I was 15 and then my mom probably continued for a few years after that.
I'm still horrible at it and struggle but I'm old enough that I don't want someone doing this for me anymore.
As for dressing, I still can't do that. It's so hard to get shirts off and it takes me forever to get dressed. I was probably average age when I started doing this on my own though. I have a twin sister who is... more advantaged than myself... and she would help.
Dressing myself does take a while, too. I'm slow with buttons, as well, yet need to wear buttoned shirts for my job. Most of my wardrobe consists of fairly simple clothes. Not simple looks, just user-friendly clothing.
I had my food cut up for me into my teens as well. I do it myself now, but it certainly doesn't look pretty, nor do I always hold the utensils properly. No idea when I stopped being spoon fed.
