Is anyone here a member of the yahoo group NLD- in common or was rejected as a member? How long after sending your post of introduction did you get confirmation you were accepted or rejected?
It's been nearly 4 days since I sent mine and I have heard nothing.
I thought acceptance or rejection would be much quicker than this and there would be an email confirming receipt of my introduction. There has been none.

I had hoped I could find an NLD forum to join.

Still no reply. It would have been nice to have email confirmation of the list owner's decision and the reasons for it.

I'm a member, I tried hard to get involved years ago but they've known each other for years and talk mostly about details of their lives, as they know each other's very well. There was mostly discussion of academic successes, which isn't relevant to me at this stage. It was very boring to me.

Thanks for your reply. I have resend my introduction and still no response. I think it's very rude that the list owner couldn't take the time to say that one is accepted or not accepted.
I really would like to be able to find a forum especially for NLD adults or those self diagnosed as such.

There isn't one, I've been searching and waiting for years.
