I'm very sensitive to "social friction" and critisism!

It's killing me. I want everything to work smoothly and and without needing to tamper with everything (socially) to get "my stuff done" but as fortunate as I am I always run into what i perceive as "trouble".
There are mainly 2 problems.
1. Nothing (particularly with the health system and and doctors and bureaus and generally people in Germany) work in the way I want. They won't help you - even when it's clearly needed- on their own (even doctors) if you are not literally dieing. You have to take care of everything yourself, and even then, they do not hesitate treat you like someone who is demanding "special treatment". I'm not making this up. I'm suspected to have latent Tuberculosis (positive PDD) and I asked 2 different GP's, each one exactly once, but in a determined way, to do further tests to check it. They didn't. I called the local health authority and they said they would do it but they talked me out of it on the phone. And I hate to be looked at as nut job so I didn't go to the health bureau.
2. I care too much about this stuff. why should I care? and the MAIN problem is (obviously other than getting TB someday and die) that I have been treated this way so often here that I interpret nice treatment the way I described above! <-- this is actually the main problem.

Does this kind of sensitivity and being socially paranoid a part of AS? or am I having some other sort of personality disorder or general craziness or something?

Possibly Aspie (diagnosed by an autism expert, doc moves abroad, forced to change docs and all say it's schizophrenia NOS or schizo-affective disorde or personality disorders. initial doc was a colleague of uncle Simon btw. you do the math.). (edit: by Uncle Simon I mean Simon Baron Cohen. Just to clear things up.)

LOL...it's actually "normal" to feel this way about government-run health care systems.

Why are you suspected of having "latent" tuberculosis? Did you get a positive tuberculin test?
