Might is the word. Stimming is a common Autistic restrictive repetitive behavior, The idea is not stimming per say but restrictive repetitive behavior so if you do not stim but have most of the other criteria you are still probably Autistic.

Diagnostic Criteria for Autism spectrum disorder DSM 5

Quote:
Stereotyped or repetitive motor movements, use of objects, or speech (e.g., simple motor stereotypes, lining up toys or flipping objects, echolalia, idiosyncratic phrases).

Insistence on sameness, inflexible adherence to routines, or ritualized patterns of verbal or nonverbal behavior (e.g., extreme distress at small changes, difficulties with transitions, rigid thinking patterns, greeting rituals, need to take same route or eat same food every day).

Highly restricted, fixated interests that are abnormal in intensity or focus (e.g., strong attachment to or preoccupation with unusual objects, excessively circumscribed or perseverative interests).

If you have other 'restricted/repetitive behaviour', such as insistence on routine or intense interests, or you have sensory processing issues, you can meet criteria without stimming.

But if you have none of those, you won't meet criteria. You would either have social communication disorder (social issues only variant of autism), or not be on the spectrum at all.
