I hate being snuck up on and being tapped on the shoulder when I least expect it. One of my friends at school does this to me nearly everyday, and I jump every time! :x

When I'm sleeping, the blankets cannot cover (or touch) my hands or feet or I have panic attacks. It's always been that way. :P

you're not alone. about a year ago there was an extensive set of posts on our sensitivities. don't know if it's archived or where it was, or if you can get to it by a search, but you might want to try. you'll be surprised at how "not alone" in that you are.

Wool is my only sensitivity.
But nothing must touch my facce unless I want it to. (Eg. My cat's fur. I will get annoyed with blankets which touch my face.)
But I feel vibrations very well and can tell the positions of things from that alone.

For the most part, I can't wear any clothing not made of natural fibers, like cotten, wool, or linen. Some of the new fabrics don't affect me the same way, but most of the polyesters, rayons, and the like do. I even break out from anything acrylic; I have had several stocking caps and some hats with faux fur that literally made my skin turn red and break out whereever it touched within an hour. And I'm not normally alergic to stuff.

As for people touching me, even casual contact bothers me if I don't want it. If someone even bumps into me or touches my shoulder or arm, I can feel it as a phantom sensation for up to an hour afterward. It is not painful, just annoying and disturbing. Although if it is a pretty girl who does the touching, I like it, even if it was accidental contact.

I cannot wear rough or itchy clothing, shoes are very tricky as they all seem to cause issues, don't like my neck being touched, hate tickling...kissing makes me feel ill, I cannot bear anything digging into me, so beds are an issue as I cannot find a good enough mattress... I have to have my head on the pillow a certain way so that isn't uncomfortable, don't like things resting against my face... yes, a lot of sensitivities really, but I just assumed it was me being ocd.

Heh. That's exacty what happens with me, except for the shoes. I'm really fussy about my clothes- I'll only wear sweatpants, for example. Jeans or any other type of pants are extremely uncomfortable.

Often. There are times when I just can't stand wearing clothing at all.

Sheets have to be cotton
List of yucks:
Can't wear PJ's
Have any kind of waistband
Bras suck but are a necessity
Don't like the feel of water, especially the cold that hits you when you get out of the water
Wet bathing suits - yuck
Wet hair or anything wet, really
Dirt anywhere
Fingernails have to be smooth or I'll perseverate on them and not in a good way
Can't stand the feeling of drafts or cold winds - I moved to the tropics because of extreme temperature sensitivity
Wool/polyester/clothing labels
Bare feet on dirty floor

I typically can't stand to be touched by other people.
I also cannot stand clothes that are itchy or have labels in (especially the neck). I need very soft clothes - especially t-shirts. I don't like anything on my feet and cannot stand to have socks pulled up (the feeling of pressure on my calves/feet overloads me). And I can't wear anything tight.

Infact, when I get home from work I typically get into my very soft sleeping shorts and t-shirt and that's it. Fortunately, my wife is exactly the same (also AS), so I don't need to explain my need to be comfortable to her.

It also means that when I find a t-shirt in a shop that I can wear I end up buying as many as I can afford because the hunt for clothes that I can tolerate is difficult.

If people touch me, I'll jump and spin around. It's unnerving, and I can feel the spot where I was touched for a long time.

I remember one time that someone started playing with my hair. I just swung out and hit her in the nose! Maybe I see why I have trouble finding someone again. Mainly though, it was the surprise. I hate when people try to control you through touch - like steering you towards a door. The backslappers also really annoy me - they don't tend to come at me, but even seeing them with one another kind of makes me queezy.
