Outside of my original going to college and being obsessive learning anything and everything about psychology more criminology based to the point of questioning the professor on new research I found. Even with her PhD she eventually got confused by all the questioning LoL! It wasn't until after getting suspended for a year I saw it as a social issue years later finding about Asperger's etc. I understand WHY I did it. Sadly since then even returning to college from 2010-2014 I wasn't OCD Aspie interest about my Criminal Justice degree. I'm not even that way with video games. More OMG! anger LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE WHEN I'M PLAYING! So not really seeking knowledge in anything. Reading some Aspie book but that isn't special interest based I've read it before.

I have no special interest that I want to dig up information on. :-( Anyone else feel this way?

I have a decent amount of interests, but no real "special interest."

When I was a kid, I had a "special interest" in Neanderthal Man and the temperature of every city in the world all the time.

Not really at the moment. Just interests.

It's kind of nice not having a specific SI right now as I can focus on other things I need/want to do as well as small one off projects here and there.

Yeah, I would say that I don't really have one. I love to read but that's not really a special interest- if that makes sense.. I don't collect books or have lists of authors memorized or anything like that.

I may or may not have a special interest. I'm not sure if that's what it can be called. I like watching TV. Certain specific shows over and over and over. I wouldn't call that a special interest, except for the fact that I want to do it all the time to the exclusion of other activities. I also tend to find one show and watch the entire series start to finish. I become more obsessed when it's a new show I haven't seen before. Recently, it was Spartacus, then The Almighty Johnsons and now Criminal Minds. Yesterday, I watched Criminal Minds from 6am to about 4pm with no breaks because it was all I wanted to do. Then, I switched back to my old standby, Friends, and watched that for the rest of the afternoon/evening.

Not the "special" ones, even though I spend almost all my free time on my laptop

I have never had a stereotypical fixed special interest.

My only 'special' interest is Takeru from SuG. Other than that, I don't really have any special interests. I do have narrow ones though. It's hard to socializes with other people who don't share my same interests. D:
