It's fairly accurate for me personally, but as you're probably aware, autism is highly variable, and it's extremely difficult to make a generic list which will match up well with most or all autistics. Concerning diagnosis, you could technically have all the traits on this list, but if they don't cause "significant impairment in daily living" then you won't be diagnosed; virtually all disorders in the DSM-V have to cause problems with normal functioning or adaptation in order to be diagnosable.
