Inside this world the number one thing I hate is eye contact and when someone makes me upset over time I noticed a new thing I do. I feel like everyone's around me watching and judging it's like I can feel it. Even the memory's of people walking past me inside my life. So I shut my eyes as tight as I can and image I can't see everyone's faces so the thought of making eye contact with a human being goes away,
I only do this when crying or very angry. Do others do this because I feel really weird and I'm unsure why I'm doing it it's just become apart of me.

Every NT judges and so does everyone else. It's what they do. They may say that they don't, but everyone does. It's normal for them and happens subconsciously.

Don't apply this concept into hindsight. It only results in regret and the pain it carries. After all, can't understand your perception of the world. Whatever people don't understand, they dismiss.

If you do look into their eyes, then what do you see? disapproval? disgust?
Are you disgusted by what you see?

Everyone misunderstood this question actually, I don't look into the eyes.
When i'm upset I image people and I close my eyes and I image the eyes of them people and I think of everything vanishing going away so I don't have to feel like im looking at someone.
but i'm never looking at anyone I could be alone in my room

I figure, that Oplympiadis is actually pointing out, like I am going to: You might benefit from trying to find out why your reaction to contact is that strong. It looks like fear.

This happened to me for years. I used to feel someone was outside the window waiting to mock me, even though I knew no one was there and it was a fantasy. Cognitive behavioral therapy helped me get rid of it. I think it was the result of being overly criticized by people (or feeling I was).

those are your own emotions you're sensing. screwing your eyes closed when you're in social situations with other people is probably not going to help you socialize.

if you're unable to make eye contact, have you tried instead looking at the tip of their nose?
doing so will make it appear you're making eye contact without actually doing it.

Hm, it seems this behavior is due to asumtions people make about what people think of them. I) still don`t quite get it; if people are unsure of how others perceive them wouldn`t looking at other peoples eyes help determine what they actually think? Shutting ones eyes or averting them would make other people feel awkward, thereby making it a vicious cycle.
So, I`m left where I started not really understanding this behavior.

Yes, it is your own feelings, you are projecting. If you could work on coming to terms with that bad past of yours and begin to actually like yourself, socialising and contact would become so much easier.

Just sounds like a type of sensory overload to me. I have experienced similar.
