I can't talk without spitting saliva. Am I the only one with this problem?

Everybody does it.

The key is to know when you're doing it, and try to restrain it in some way.

Some people do it more noticeably than others. I know someone who does that a lot. It's rather off-putting. I don't know how that can be minimized but I'd say if you don't breathe out too hard as you speak and don't move you lips too much, you will be spitting less.

Really?
I've never noticed myself spitting when I speak.

You probably developed a way of restraining the saliva intrinsically when you were younger.
