So I've been seeing my psych now.. she thinks it's pretty clear I have aspergers as I show a lot of symptoms and is surprised I've never seen a psychologist before in my life, ruled out adhd and depression almost entirely which is what my doctors all my life said just to medicate me off some experimental drugs to make me stoned through school.

Anyway, I'm trying to figure out if I should bring up age regression.. because I'm what you call a "Little" it's kind of like ABDL but without the diaper stuff etc. Nothing too psychological behind it, I didn't necessarily have a bad childhood or anything, it just helps me if I stress or start to have a meltdown and stuff, I watch a lot of cartoons like Paw Patrol, Princess Sofia, etc. Sleep with tons of stuffed animals, and generally act like a little kid a lot of the time at home.

Do you think it's something I should bring up? I mean it makes me happy and I'm scared and have been freaking out thinking "What if I'm told to stop"

Sounds interesting. Maybe it can help you figure out more stuff if you bring it up. I have child-like behaviors too sometimes at home. Is this common in ASD? I'm curious about it.

I too take pleasure in relaxing at home and watching cartoons or Disney movies in order to escape and retreat if there is something overwhelming that has just happened in my life.

As long as the diapers aren't involved I wouldn't see any reason to bring it up to a therapist and even if they were, only to explain their presence as a comfort object. There's nothing harmful in any of it though misguided people may accuse of not being emotionally mature
