What are your lifehacks for Aspies? My lifehack is putting hand sanitizer under your armpits to remove B.O. Great for when you don't want to shower.

Brush your teeth with coconut oil. It doesn't burn your mouth and it works better than toothpaste. Anti-bacterial too.

To avoid messy dishes, I possess only:
1 bowl, 1 spoon, 1 fork, 1 mug, 1 water cup, and a big knife.

I just use the various natural face wipes I get...since i am too lazy to use soap and water to wash my face most days. works to get rid of b.o in that area to than I put on deodorant. I've used rubbing alcohol but that is not really very good for the skin so if I have no face wipes then I end up using soap and water for both........or just shower, if i can motivate myself.

I find it easier to just take a shower.

Indeed! Though I will use baking soda on my armpits in the shower - far more effective than soap in my experience.

I only use a skillet, disposable plates/knives/spoons/cups, and that's it. I have no need for forks based off my diet of eggs, peanut butter rye, milk, and occasional fruit.

I play roller derby, while arguably it does involve socialising and team skills I find my team are very willing to accommodate me.

It's one of the only sports where it's socially acceptable to go round and round in circles AND while doing this you can hit most of your body into a solid surface (usually a person but occassionally a large foam thing) repeated. It's brilliant for deep pressure.

I used to watch roller derby as a kid. I used to find it cool!

Wearing sun glasses can help if you struggle with eye contact. I find it easier to look at someone's eyes since they can't see mine.

All the above are awesome.

One of mine is to wear the earbuds to my MP3 player, even when I don't have it turned on. Not only does it block some of the noise (e.g.., on the bus) but it also gives me a chance to pretend I didn't hear someone talk at me so I can reasonably ignore them.

Well I only use natural soap, I just get all natural hemp bars usually with different essential oils...in the winter I had lavender since its relaxing and helps soothes sore or 'exposed to the cold too long' muscles. Now i have one with citrus oils which have many cleansing properties...you'll find many natural house cleaning products have citrus oils in them to. Though a soap bar with baking soda, hemp, good essential oils and dead sea salt would be cool but have not seen one with all of those together yet...suppose I could go take a natural soap making class.

Oh and for anyone who is having acne, or just would like to reduce appearance/size of pores or whatever on face...I recommend Witch Hazel, just take a cotton ball put some of that on and rub it on your face after washing it. But wait, I don't mean that crap thats like half rubbing alcohol...go to whole foods, vitamin cottage, sprouts or whatever natural goods store you've got and get some natural alcohol free stuff. Hell even if you don't have acne, it feels nice to put on your face and works as a moisturizer but doesn't make your skin oily...like some I have tried.

If you don't eat steak or hard to cut meat, why not eat with chopsticks or just a fork/spoon? Less to wash up and if you master how to use chopsticks, you don't have to eat with 2 hands (unless you're at an English restaurant). Also, when I see people eat with a knife and fork, they look like they never enjoy what they eat.

If you're meeting someone at a bar/restaurant (especially dating), try to sit next to them rather than opposite because then it makes you feel like you're talking to a friend rather than sitting a job interview.

"Lifehack" :) ?

Don't know that expression.

Life plus hack.

Is that "hack" as in "hack writer"(a formula novelist)? Or "hack" as in "hacking into a computer"? Or is it "hack" as in "hacking cough"? Or "hack" as in wielding a digging tool ("hacking and hewing")?

Lifehack is a non-traditional way to make something in life easier to do or provide a better outcome than the normal way. It's a loosely used word. One of the earliest "lifehacks" I can think of was to put a box of baking soda in your fridge to cut down on odors and keep food fresh.

So, I too learned a new expression :) Baking soda in the fridge? Should the box be open or half shut? I ask, because I cannot imagine how it works.

Another hack: When I cook something with vegetables in a pan, I slice and dice it over the pan, so I can spare some dishwashing.
