It's true that at least they are vegetables/fruit…but him being underweight is a problem. If you're only going to eat one food, it's better if it has calories (all of his fav foods are very low calorie). I actually used to worry he'd have stunted growth…but now he is 6ft-5 and still growing, so I guess if he his growth was stunted, that was probably for the best
