It might just be the websites I hang out on, but I notice that I'm better liked in real life. I think it's because I can soften my bluntness in real life by smiling and making it seem like a joke.

I sometimes fail at this and I can notice some change in their body language. They're probably thinking the same thing that people online say to me. They probably think I'm ridiculous.

I notice that on reddit a lot of my comments get downvoted. Especially if I'm asking questions about social norms. I know that reddit is notorious for being full of mean people.

I think you're right in what you say.

I think it's nice that you're liked in real life.

It's more important to be liked in real life than on the Internet.

I might be liked better on the Internet than in real life. I wish I were liked more in real life.

Oh no! That's sad but also funny. I imagine in real life that you're always dressed like your picture and have impeccable manners.

In real life my picture is misleading because I'm heavily tattooed and people seem to focus on that when they see me even though I forget about it most of the time. Unless I'm shopping. I can't wear most prints because then I look the Predator in his camouflage suit. :(

I easily make unwanted friends in real life and then have to dodge them. The friends I make on the Internet are all people I like.

I wear chino-type pants and polo shirts/button-down shirts during weekdays.

I might wear more t-shirts, jeans, and shorts during weekends.

I try to have good manners with people. Sometimes, if I'm rushed, my manners aren't so great.
