I haven't really noticed until recently that I have trouble staying on task. For example, I might start watching a movie on Netflix and watch about fifteen minutes of it, pause it, go on the internet for a while, watch a little more of the movie, pause it, cook something, eat it, watch more of the movie, pause it, back on the internet, movie, clean my bathroom, movie, etc., etc.

Even when I'm on the computer, I'll start reading or watching something in one tab and- no matter how much it interests me- I'll switch tabs to read or watch something else before I'm done with the first tab. Or I'll get up and just walk around the house for no reason, then come back to my computer. I just can't stay on one thing too long.

The bigger problem is procrastination. I will put something off by letting literally anything else get my attention. All my school projects are done the night before they're due, no matter how long I have to do the assignment. I have so much trouble initiating and then following through with a task and although I've been able to "cope" this long, I'd rather be able to stay focused and complete things in a timely, "normal" manner. Any tips on how not to jump from task to task so much? Thank you in advance!

(My brother and sister were both diagnosed with ADD/ADHD as kids, if that makes any difference.)
