I don't see anything wrong with that. If it helps you feel less anxious that's a good thing. :) Even "normal" people will fidget, anyway.

Who cares if it is normal or not? There is no one there to judge you and it can be comforting. At least it is for me (rocking, leg jiggling, finger twitching, forehead rubbing).

"Stim away", I say.

I do that sometimes since the blasted things can make me impatient.

I'm currently sitting on a chair at my computer bouncing my legs and feet. On some occasions I move from side to side slightly. In between typing I chew around my nails, and while I am typing I bite the insides of my mouth.

That's pretty normal for me, but I don't know what's 'normal' for the rest of the population. I'd imagine that it would be quite common, even for NTs, because being at a computer is not a very physical activity, so you're likely to get restless. Your body has to let go of some energy in one way or another!

If it is more of a stimming thing, then yeah, nothing wrong with that. :)

Daily I have hurt myself due to anxiety or feeling bad. Rocking helps, but I stim little.

I stim all the time, no matter what I'm doing. Comes with the territory.
