I run my own company (one man shop) writing financial management software and I've have always had problems with the 'soft side' of technology (selling, marketing etc.).
My therapist tells me that I'm high functioning Asperger's and that explains a lot. I mean, A LOT about the problems I've been having all these years getting my business to scale.
Most of the coaching services I've run into are for workers that have Asperger's. But I'm the CEO and I need some one that can help me with something aside from getting accommodations from my boss.
Anyone having the same problem or have a recommendation for someone that HAS to learn how to do the soft skills stuff? I'm in the Washington, DC area.
