I noticed that I've been so paranoid if people I meet around or just saw with a post in facebook or twitter might be referring to me, or that feeling of being left out in a group. That ensnaring feeling of people darting their eyes on me as if I killed their families or just a snub would often make me feel worthless and hated. What is this, exactly? Do you also have similar experience?

I wouldn't worry whether somebody on Facebook or whatever "hates" you. They don't know you--you don't know them. All these online "haters" are doing is hiding behind their anonymity.

If you're not deliberately nasty to people, why should anyone "hate" you?

It might not have anything to do with YOU--it might have something to do with THEM.
