agreed. All the same goes for me too, except when I am unable to talk, it's because I've forgotten how to speak English temporarily (or any other spoken or written language). I can think in pictures and emotions, but no words will form in my brain. I can make sounds and gestures, so usually I wind up doing some kind of frantic pantomime. I used to pretend to everyone that I didn't want to talk and was having some kind of tantrum/sulk, but really I was just too embarrassed by the fact that I had lost all my language.
