To be honest I am not a huge fan of the show but from the few times I have seen it I am more so convinced that the writer(s) of the show may possess some aspie traits. For those who havent seen the show it focuses around seemingly regular people with abnormal powers, mutation of what have you, or any other kind of enhanced senses that have been bound together to save or destroy the world. Watching the show I had somewhat of an epifany about how easy it would be to compare this form of sci-fi type television to that of the everyday aspie whom in his/her right is something of a abnormality already. From driven genius to passionate madmen and the in between it would seem as if we were mankinds newest form of evolution and or solution. Either way I thought it should be pointed out in case no one has yet.

Einstein "Quotation"
Someone asked what weapons he supposed would be used in world war 3.
He repiled with "Sticks and stones I presume"

i think they make those pop culture w/e shows to have generic meanings so a large population think they "relate" to the show.

also that einstein thing; i thought i was more along the lines after WW3 is fought w/ some kind of futuristic weapons and destroys almost everything, people will take w/e is left, "sticks and stones", and do it all over again, WW4.

I liked the show better when it was called 4400, but yes, I do see your point.

I've noticed a lot of characters in TV and movies have aspie like traits. But that's it, just similarities. I'm hyperlexic and hypergraphic and have read it is pretty common among people with AS so would not doubt that hollywood has its fair share of writers who are eccentric like us and sneak themselves into their characters.

As to the Einstein quote it something along the lines of "I'm not sure what weapons will be used in WW3 but I know WW4 will be faught with sticks and stones" it was in response to a question about if he thinks the next war will be a nuclear one.
