This. Multivitamin, a few other vitamins/minerals, herbs/spices/oils/teas with naturopathic medicinal qualities, and a healthy diet. Never been healthier, really.
Used to take effexor xr (venlaflaxine xr) & dexedrine (dextroamphetamine) a few years ago.. but never again. I'd much rather be healthy and not need those things than be dependant on pharmaceuticals that have short term benefits and long term detriments to my health. Big Pharma would rather you be a paying customer for life, though, so of course they're going to sell you every pill they can.
Health is wealth & you are what you eat. Also, as Hippocratese said: "Let thy food by thy medicine & thy medicine be thy food." If you consume what you Need, your body can heal and be healthy - no meds required. It's harder work and discipline than popping a pill, though, which is why most people aren't actually interested in being healthy vs. the convenience of popping a pill. Myself, I live by the mantra that Nothing worth doing is easy, so it doesn't bother me one bit that being healthy & happy has required hard work.
