That's an interesting question. And difficult to answer.
I'm in my 30's, and yes, I look younger than those in their 30's from my culture/ethnic background.
Is it because I 'look younger'? I don't know.
The majority of people my age in the UK (which is where I live) are overweight. At my age, it's generally accepted that being overweight adds years to someone's appearance.
I look younger than those the same age around me - but whether I look younger than my
age is difficult to answer.
Maybe it's just everyone else who looks older.
