I am not sure if this is an ASD thingy or not....either way I hate it!
Whenever I get overwhelmed, anxious, stressed etc my joints (knees and elbows are the worst) have a build up of tension that can only be eased be tightening my muscles around the joints and sometimes it is constant. It is difficult getting sleep because of this. Also when my son sits on my straightened knees it is such a wonderful release.
Does anyone else suffer like this? What do you do that eases it?
