And especially his executive functioning issues seem to have a lot of overlap with some of us on the spectrum. He was and is a cognitive psychologist both before and after his car accident, so a pretty nerdy person. And he gives some detailed explanations.

yes, it is over-titled, wish it wasn't. Of course, like any treatment or method, aspects probably work for some people but not others.
