Zoloft is an anti-depressant: serotonin re-uptake inhibitor i.e SSRI

"Trileptal (oxcarbazepine) is an antiepileptic drug available as 150 mg, 300 mg and 600 mg film-coated tablets for oral administration."
"The pharmacological activity of Trilepta (oxcarbazepine) is primarily exerted through the 10-monohydroxy metabolite (MHD) of oxcarbazepine. The precise mechanism by which oxcarbazepine and MHD exert their antiseizure effect is unknown; however, in vitro electrophysiological studies indicate that they produce blockade of voltage-sensitive sodium channels, resulting in stabilization of hyperexcited neural membranes, inhibition of repetitive neuronal firing, and diminution of propagation of synaptic impulses."
Trileptal may cause fatigue and dizziness.

"Klonopin, a benzodiazepine, is available as scored tablets with a K-shaped perforation containing 0.5 mg of clonazepam and unscored tablets with a K-shaped perforation containing 1 mg or 2 mg of clonazepam."
"The precise mechanism by which clonazepam exerts its antiseizure and antipanic effects is unknown, although it is believed to be related to its ability to enhance the activity of gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA), the major inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system."
The above means that Klonipan is a sedative and can cause memory impairments like alcohol.
Abilify is very similar to a neuroleptic tranquilizer or as these are more commonly called an anti-psychotic because of its ability to numb emotions and can cause some significant impairment of mental faculties.
"ABILIFY tablets are available in 2-mg, 5-mg, 10-mg, 15-mg, 20-mg, and 30-mg strengths."

Triletpal does not impact neurotransmitters and can be used to suppress seizures. I'm not sure how it can help people like you. Maybe it has an effect to suppress higthened states of energy like anger and anxiety..
I do not like to tell people that they need anything because that is a choice and these medicines or whatever do not cause normalcy in brain chemistry...
If you changed all of this medicine or whatever they are to you then maybe you can give up the ones you are taking and try:
Wellbutrin
Inderal
Risperdale
if you want more energy, maybe a Wellbutrin can help with that. If you are bipolar, its not going to help with manias and if manias can be triggered than it may trigger a mania. I thought that this has more of an anti-depressant effect than SSRi's. When I was on it for a month because I left the hospital but still took it to see what it was, it triggered a mild hypo-mania sometimes but I quit taking it after a month.
For anxiety or anger or bipolar or whatever that you want to medicate - try Inderal. It may be better than Klonopin.
You may be able to combine Wellbutrin with Inderal with no drug interactions. Inderal seems to be to be very unliekly to help any with bipolar so I am not sure. Do not take inderal if you have low blood pressure or heart irregularities.
For bipolar, perhaps Risperdale is "better" instead of Abilify.
It appeared to me that stuff like Abilify or Geodon does all kinds of weird things with all kinds of neurotransmitter systems but I don't remember Risperdale being that complicated like that.
Other than that, Abilify may have a "better" effect than Seroquel, Geodon, and Zyprexa.
Another thing: If you ever think you would try to substitute for another anti-depressant, Luvox is probably not the one you would like. St. johnswart is also an interesting anti-depressant and may even be combined with Wellbutrin and probably with no drug interaction or I think possibly no disasterous effects like a seizure or anything like that.
But I am not someone who does this myself. I'm just guessing so good luck...
