I live in north Queensland and the temperature is hovering around 32c.
As a result I have been struggling a great deal, I feel confused and I am having negative thoughts.
I am curious to know if anyone else on this forum is is affected by heat or change in the temperature.

I'm more affected by the cold, but I actually like warm/hot weather.

I have had heat sickness more times than I can remember and should have been hospitalized for at least two of those times. I am not affected by the cold however, in fact I like it so much ill take two hour hikes when the thermometer is below zero fahrenheit

It has to be really hot for heat to bother me as long as it is a dry heat. I don't know if I would ever get acclimated to a high humidity heat again. Where I am, a typical summer afternoon humidity is under 20%.

I've usually tolerated cold pretty well, but now I tend to go hypothermic real easy as a result of hypothyroidism.

I get anxious, brain fogged, irritable, and just generally out of sorts because of the weather sometimes. For me it's usually when the barometric is off, like before a thunder storm.

I am sensitive to heat, that is when the temperature is hotter than 26 degrees. Also I can feel (besides seeing) whether a lamp (two meters or yards from me) is switch on or not.

I have a very thick jacket that protects me very well against the cold, but I have a bit strange pattern to cold sensitivity. I feel the cold when it is between 2 and 5 degrees above zero. When it is 0 degrees, freezing, I don't feel that, but I need to wear gloves. Cold is becoming a problem when it is lower than -15 degrees (15 degrees below zero). For many people that is extremely cold. For me it is just cold. -20 or lower is extremely cold for me.

Being too hot & humid does irritate me & makes me feel drained.
