"Aspergirls: Empowering Females with Asperger Syndrome"
I was pretty excited to see this book because you don't see much about female aspies and how they differ from male aspies.
If you read it, would you say that it's a good read for girls with aspergers and anyone looking to learn more about them?

I'll try to find it at my nearest library then!

The author is an Aspergirl, so she understands it all. I'm always annoyed at Asperger's books that aren't written by people who are Aspergians. It makes no sense to me.
By the way, what sort of anime or manga do you like?

I feel the same way. Those kinds of books are more prone to stereotypes, I feel bad about the people who read those and believe them. :(
Shoujo/magical girl anime and manga holds a place in my heart, I've liked it ever since I was younger. Anything that brings back nostalgia is important to me.
Other than that there's no specific genre, but some of my favourite anime is Rozen Maiden, Kuroshitsuji, Hunter x Hunter, Sailor Moon, and Revolutionary Girl Utena. I don't read manga as much but I'm currently hooked on Boku no Hero Academia, and I really like Arisa.

I once read a book about Asperger's that was written in an extremely dry and scientific way by an NT, and since I don't like science to begin with I gave up reading it.
Do you like Clamp manga, by any chance? I once liked Kuroshitsuji, but then I realized how bleak and dark it was and then stopped reading. By the way, did you know that the same guy who voices Sebastian in the Japanese version also voices a ninja in Fire Emblem Fates?

I think there's room for non-Aspergians to write about Asperger's--

As long as the non-Aspergian doesn't dismiss the opinions of Aspergians pertaining to her work.

Just like, say, Jews could identify with people of African origin, or with Armenians, or with Hutus and Tutsis--since all were victims of genocide.

The key, really, is for the non-Aspergian to not adopt a condescending attitude.

Condescending attitudes are all too popular among NTs...

Then we have to tell them about it, don't we?

Yeah, but how? :?
Since we seem to be getting kind of off-topic, how's this: what's the best Asperger's book you've ever read?

Probably Tony Attwood's.

I can't really say Temple Grandin's works are Asperger's related, since she was a classically autistic person who later was diagnosed with Asperger's.

I've never really heard of Tony Attwood!
Have you ever seen the Temple Grandin movie?
I think that she is a really interesting person, but that she is also rather bias when it comes to raising children.

I like her movie, it's really interesting. And what bias is this?

Grandin was raised in the Great Plains region of the US, I believe. They tend to have rather conservative attitudes towards raising children.
