I figured out a way to help prevent being overwelmed, have meltdowns and general anxiety. I learned that spending ten minutes on the bed or somewhere else comfortable, shutting your eyes, and observing all the random thoughts that go through your head without actually attaching to them and acting on them but just simply let them arrive and go and just oversee what each thought is and what the next one is and so on. I found it is not only relaxing and kind of enjoyable, but I also realized you'll learn an amazing incite that will literally stop you from having anxiety/meldowns/fear/worry in any situation not matter how overwhelming i.e. multitasking at work, socializing. Try it once everyday for ten minutes and eventually it will happen to you too...I know it will. So I thought I'd share this with you all, my fellow aspies.
