Question about the upcomming new criteria

When the new criteria comes out, I wonder what will happen when some aspies don't meet it, would that mean they aren't AS anymore?

Every time a new criteria comes out, less people meet it. Why do criterias get rewritten? Is it because they aren't accurate or they have the wrong information in them?

If I don't meet the new criteria, does that mean I'm feeling better ???

my guess is the criteria will make it so that more people are included, rather than fewer.
