Here's an example of me having trouble relaxing and focusing. I want to try to learn how to make a smile on my face (it feels like I'm physically unable to show my teeth while smiling)-I ask for feedback-I always get constructive criticism, I can never smile at all. Practice does not make perfect-what's the point of doing something over and over again? I don't see how that works. I'm losing focus and I'm unable to relax, I feel very broken. I can't even type properly.
Please help. All I ever do nowadays is sit behind my keyboard talking about my issues online.
