Who regularly cackles out loud to themselves as they post on WP?

Cackling reminds me of the Wicked Witch of the West. I don't cackle (I hope).
I do, however, laugh. Not while posting, usually, but when reading some of the other posts.

I don't know if it is a real cackle, but I do laugh miserably, and sometimes to the point of asthma. Then I wheeze and cough too.

Well, she got outsmarted (and killed) by a country girl and a tiny dog. I'm guessing she's not completely on top of things, magic or not.
