How do I tell? My BMI puts me in healthy weight, so is that normal on your measurement?

A year ago I was too fat, but not obese. I am about 1.80 m (about 6 feet) and my weight was 92.2 kgs (kilogrammes). Now I am 78 kgs. That is a normal weight, slightly fat, but not overweighted. Physically I look way better than a year ago.

Bulky, but not fat. The word "stout" comes to mind. I have the body one might imagine for the average neanderthal.

Only slightly underweight now thanks to some dedicated eating.
Even so, I have quite high muscle tone for a female.
People usually describe me as 'fit'.

Not sure if stick skinny or slim.
I'll go with the former.

Said normal, but more like skinny fat really. Have a bit of a belly (though not too big), but my weight and height give me a BMI of about 23, which is in the upper end of normal. I used to be be as skinny as a pencil when I was in my preteens and prior to.

I think my BMI was like 17 last I checked. That's not really body type, though.

Right now I'm slightly fat but I'm starting to work on it. I got out of the habit of exercising & started pigging out more.

I'm a bit slim in my opinion. Although lot of people describe me as being 'skinny' or even 'underweight'.

I'm slim, but it wasn't long ago at all that I was underweight.

I've been exercising (mostly jogging) for several years now, and recently I've gained a few pounds, which put my BMI up to normal. For most of my life, I was underweight, though.

Chubby.

If I'm not careful, I could rise up into the "fat" category.
