80% of people with autism in Merseyside are victims of 'mate' crime

Really sad, or disturbing to be honest.

That 80% just reflects how thin the moral layer can be in many. It takes many abusers to make it to those numbers... :(

And these people didn't lie, abuse and bully, because autism was in large letters asking it to happen, but they did it, because they are liars, abusers and bullies looking for people to lie to, to abuse and to bully.

The 80 percent rate in that region is double the reported UK rate. Still something to be weary of.

The thing is that the people who are engaged in "mate" crime actually fooling themselves that what they are doing is a form of friendship.

The NT world doesn't have its house in order, what the actual nature of friendship is any thing but well articulated.

I grew up in Australia where you can understand "mate" crime is rife.
This is not a joke by the way, I do not have a humorous bone in my body.
