Automatic brain functions also affected?

I seem to have issues with regulating sweating and body temperature. Could this be a spectrum problem? I've read that vagus nerve is likely not stimulated enough (or is it too much?) In autistics, among other's, which can effect tension and stress which I also, with my crappy self awareness, have also learned is likely an issue with me.

I usually have cold hands.
Strangely enough, when I touch someone else they sometimes become warm.

My partner (male aspie) is a hot potato. At night he gets very hot and I can feel the heat emanating from him. The cat loves it. He also gets very hot feet (wears thin cotton socks). In the past we put the duvet in the fridge and his socks in the freezer

You might have hyperhidrosis. It's a disorder that causes exessive sweating & may make you feel hot. There are some treatments available for it including medications. I'm one one of those meds for another issue but I chose that specif med cuz I sweat easily & I don't sweat as much now.

I'll get cold too. Thing is I'll be flushed and be shivering, then finally get hot.

I might just not be regulating my celiac disease properly, despite outwardly appearing like I'm gluten free. But I thought I'd ask about this. To me it's not a temperature sensitivity as a seemingly over reaction of my own body
