I am trying to break bad habits and start new ones, for example. I want to become more attractive and healthy by working out and eating better/more (I have a small and poor diet). I want to get better at meditating and sleeping(I find dreams uncomfortable so it makes it tougher to sleep). I want to stop biting my fingers( I bite the skin and nails off my fingers which makes them bleed and hurt sometimes/look really muffed up).
I never knew how to really get good habits going less alone get a good diet or workout plan. The thing with me is I like specific instructions, I am not good when left to my own devices.

Make your own instructions, write up a schedule and stick to it. Make it progressive for each week, don't try to do too much in one go.

There are a ton of good apps for that. I use a lot of apps to help manage my life. It's helped me deal with my executive functioning problems. I currently use one app for habits but there are many.

Don't try to solve every single problem all at once. Take each one individually and in gradual steps.

If you like specific instructions and want to work out, a fitness trainer at a gym can often do a program for you, tailored to your fitness level and goals - lose weight, gain muscle, recover from injury etc. They will specify what equipment to use, weights to load, repetitions, and often how often the routine should be completed. That would provide structured imstructions on one area.

I use something called habitbull. It has a free version. It's for android. But when I was researching habit apps I found a lot. There are all different kinds, so you should see which ones seem like they'd work best for you, and try them out. If you have android, try typing in things like "habit tracker" or "goal tracker" in the search bar in Googleplay.

I don't have an iphone, so if you use ios, I'm not sure what's out there. But I'm sure there are a few apps available.
