Does any one know how to overcome this when your feeling like you want to walk out in front of cars or stab yourself?

I have been there and done that (Except for the stabbing part as I don't like blood as I would likely faint).
Each time I did something stupid God rescued me with what I can only describe as a miracle.

One thing I have learned is not to put myself in positions where I will do that. So I never go near the edges of cliffs as I have the urge to jump off (Strange as I do not like heights!)
If I have to cross a railway line or a busy road, I tend to hang back so I am not near an edge, and then when I know it is clear, I will go quickly across as I will be overcompensating for my own safety.

But yes. I know what you mean. The urge can almost be like a stim. Of course, when depressed such things are amplified. But hang in there. You are precious. Your life is important. You have a purpose! So protect your future. Ok?

I have had these feelings in the past. I would be walking, walking and walking as fast as I could until I was too tired and then slept.

Try to get over those thoughts. It's just your loneliness that drives you crazy. How would you think about that if somebody who is really nice and who you are liking very much becomes that way? You may have a lot of problems but you are a really nice girl and that counts a lot more! You won't be alone forever! Please skip all of those thoughts!
