Not word count and such but grammar wise? I tend to type and send emails to my friend then after sending find out I sent a paragraph and totally different words than what I meant. Not the whole thing but a totally different word here or there. She understands the context fine and understands me fine we've been friends 6 years but I'm starting to worry IMO this has become more frequent over the past few months (I save our email conversations so review them and feel stupid OMG! I said that I hope she understood what I meant to put there!)

No I can't do an MRI brain scan (No insurance) but should I be worried? I do NOT have headaches or any other issue head related I can think of. Is this an Autism thing? Hope it is and I just need to slow down when I type is all. Or at least I hope that's the issue!

I have that too!
I type things, then I send them, and then I realize I don't even know why I put these words.
It's a little spooky. 8O

Yes. However, I check what I type for grammar mistakes like that. I see I am not the only one this happens to.
