I just woke up not that long ago a weird dream and my mum and sister. For some reason it just does not feel real. I feel detached from reality. Like I'm still in a dream. I had this weird feeling that my mum and sister or dog are not real or my food. My food does not taste as strong as usual. I think it is because of the dream. I don't know what is going on? Help me please I'm scared!
Sorry for spamming this forum its just that this is the forum where people mostly post. No hardly ever posts at the biplor, schizophrenia etc forum and I need help badly!

The best thing to do is go about your routine. Get dressed. Eat breakfast. Go outside for a walk

Is today a school day? It seems as if you woke up about 11:30 AM where you are.

I've had times when it took a while to get back into "reality mode."

I've had dreams that were so real I could wake up and question the reality of the situation. I've also had dreams that greatly affect my mood.
Had a dream of dying once. In the dream, I was laying in a bed, looking out on to water and trees. All I could remember was an incredibly peaceful feeling (I was old) and thinking "Today is a good day to die..."

Was a really strange two or three days there.....

So, I can understand how dreams can affect your mood or functioning.
