Many things annoy me but I suppose the littlest of them is raised seams on clothing. What about you?

- People calling preteens "little kids".
- Speakers who expect the audience to respond and make a comment about the audience not responding.
- People losing their appetites in books/TV.
- Comments about how it doesn't feel like the season it is.
- Generalizations or blunt comments about a group of people.
- People making fun of my brother.
- The phrase, "Be quiet, this is a library."

The masks that society has placed on me over the years because I was born female though I identify as male and because there's always seemed to be more hippies than regular folk in Langley. I'm not lying. I'll get over my fear of hippies once my psych pills are fully working again. I also did the Mod thing to appear hip to the world.

The littlest thing: the drip drop of a leaky faucet.

Hearing other people's voices through my walls. It's my apartment, talk quieter!

I hate it when people call teenagers ''little kids''. When my cousin brought her boyfriend round once, my mum said to me, ''he's a nice little boy'', even though he was 16 and was taller than all of us. I said ''I don't think he's a little boy'', and she was like, ''he's only 16, he's a little boy.''

That annoyed me because I was called an adult when I was 16.

My sympathies for your flat woes! I have similar ones. The fridge in this flat seems to cool all the time and it drives my sense of misophonia so crazy I have to shut the kitchen door. I think the noise also reminds me that I am for the moment stuck in the human world, in human infrastructure, and that stresses me.
I agree on the first point and would add that inconsiderate people really annoy me. People who want to scream, slam doors, play music, vacuum floors, bang around in the middle of the night and don't give two s**ts that they might be disturbing others who are trying to sleep. Have some decency and shut up. Grrr.

When a small pebble gets in my shoe or a small splinter gets stuck in my socks that is too small to see. Tags on clothing all have to go. Seams on socks near the toe nails drive me nuts. The sound Cicadas make. Nails on a chalkboard. Newsprint. Clocks that tick. Wrinkles in my sheets. Having to troubleshoot on a mobile device. Tech companies that only have community support forums rather than tech support employees(this is my biggest pet peeve, yes I am looking at you Google, Microsoft, Logitech). TV commercials being at a higher volume than the tv show they follow or preceede.

Hot coffee served in a glass. Wish it didn't bother me so much but it drives me crazy!
