I don't like cold weather, but I can tolerate it. I hate hot weather though so I dread summer every year. I get headaches all the time when it's hot and have no motivation to do anything. At least when it's cold I can just put more clothes on, when it's really hot there's nothing I can do to cool down.
I live in Manchester (England) though, so it's usually just grey skies, rainy and moderately cold.
I can't stand anything under 80 degrees now. I just keep on moving South. I'm soon to run out of Florida so I'm hoping for somewhere in South or Central America where there isn't a nutcase of a leader (Sorry Chavez).
I'm good between 45 and 80, and below 20. Chilly weather eats at me, and really hot weather bothers me a lot (I get cranky).
Figures I grew up in central Ohio, which has 4 seasons: Spring (65-75), Summer (80+ and unbearably humid), Fall (55-70), and Winter (25-45, and constant mixed precipitation).

I have a higher tolerance for cold than most people. On the other hand, if its too hot it's easy for me to get overwhelmed and not want to do anything.

For 20 years I lived in the "balmy" SF Bay Area and hated it. It was always 60 degrees with fog and cold wind and the occasional glorious day when it was in the 70's. It was the main reason I moved to Hawaii where it's always comfortable - never too hot or cold. I have extreme tactile sensitivity - can't stand cold water or getting out of cold water, can't stand cold breeze on my skin.
I get incredibly depressed and nihilistic in the winter...I kind of give up on life when it's cold outside, and it's fiercely uncomfortable. I MUCH prefer being hot.

75 is too cold for me, so there's no way I can stand the cold! My favorite temperature is 86 degrees with humidity and a slight breeze. Hey, I'm originally from Houston after all! However, here in Indiana the weather is constantly changing. Last week we were breaking record highs and this week we're breaking record lows. At least it should be slightly warm again next week!
I prefer cold over hot, and could easily go outside in the coldest weather without a jacket, until about 2 years ago. Now I want a jacket, but I still prefer it cold.
I never used to be able to recognise when I needed to wear a jacket, even when it was unbearably cold. So in winter, I'd go to college with just a t-shirt on unless my mum noticed and stopped me.
