I had an obsession with glasses as a kid. I thought they were the most fascinating things ever. When my dad told me he thought I needed glasses I got super excited. When I eventually got my eyes tested the test was done wrong. The optometrist thought I had perfect vision and I ended up very disappointed.

I was so disappointed I ended up making fun of kids who wore glasses. I'm not proud of that phase. Eventually it turned out I need glasses after all and I should have had them years ago.

I'm scared I'll have another special interest do a horrible 180 like that. Has anyone else had a horrible 180 like that?

Is this why you're worried about not having Jewish DNA come up when you do your 23andme test?

Yeah. I don't want to be antisemitic. I know I won't be a full nazi because I have some Native American DNA.

If you don't want to be anti-semitic, don't be anti-semitic. Read up on Jewish history.

I think your mind is strong enough to see the lack of logic in the reasoning behind much of anti-semitism.

Nope....you can't be a Nazi. You would have signed your death warrant in Nazi Germany.
