That kind of describes my Mom.
She is very poor at spatial skills - by the time I was 7 I had better spatial skills than her, and my spatial skills test as average - and kind of mediocre at math, but verbally gifted. She's got two degrees in law & history, and works as a lawyer. She's very good at writing professionally. She's a bit clumsy, but not as uncoordinated as I am.
Meanwhile I'm verbally gifted, average at spatial skills, and above average in math. (I'd be better in math if my school hadn't taught me to hate it.) My Dad has average verbal skills and is gifted in spatial skills and math. My brother, meanwhile, is spatially gifted and above-average in math and verbal skills.
In terms of social skills, my Mom is really good socially, my Dad is a well-compensated Aspie, my brother has decent social skills but has social anxiety, and I have mostly poor social skills except for being good with LFA people, kids, and people in emotional distress.
So, in short, my Mom is probably a socially skilled NVLD person.
