I may as well answer my own question.
I have sinus and possible food allergies. These days I tend to have a constant sniffle or itch and almost always have drainage. Due to this drainage, my asthma gets worse and my throat gets enflamed (that's not fun). I seem to be able to have an allergic reaction to just about anything that doesn't smell like food or plain air. Perfumes, cigarettes, cleaning products, car fumes, deodorant (smelling it I mean), cats (oh, that's a big one and I've got 3!), dust (which is a mix of cat dander and other random crud), oh, just about anything. I also get really itchy eyes, too.
As for food allergies, I'm not certain but I think I might be a bit sensitive to gluten. I tend to feel better when I eat more brown rice rather than wheat noodles and my gastrointestinal issues seem to lessen a bit.
I used to be allergic to breast milk (gave me inner ear infections). The doctor thought this was a general milk allergy, but now that I've done more research into ASDs and related immune issues, it seems more likely I have IgA Deficiency and was reacting to the IgA that is passed down in breast milk from mother to child. I've got two hypotheses on that: either 1) the infant already has the IgA anti-antibody and it attacks the IgA being passed down, or 2) the mother passes down BOTH the IgA and the antibody to IgA. (I suspect the second is more likely because mothers who test positive for anti-IgA antibodies around the time of giving birth and more likely to have an affected offspring. Meaning they may either be passing down anti-IgA antibodies during pregnancy, birth, or even breastfeeding. And breastfeeding is most probable since the placenta blocks out most harmful things.)
Anywho, I'm a big immuno mess.
