Yes, I've encountered this several times in my life. People would dislike me and let it show, and try as I might to negotiate with them, or treat them kindly to expect the same, they wouldn't be swayed from their mean behaviour.

If it's any consolation, it's not just related to autism; many people who somehow deviate from the norm will stumble upon this treatment from certain persons who are just out for a target. Pay no mind to fools like that, and carry on the best you can.

No-one hated me for no reason - but plenty have hated me for reasons I do not and cannot know.

They most likely took offense at something, whether it's a problem with you, themselves or someone else I can not say.

Nope, never.

I'm a master rationalizer, and extremely savvy when it comes to my culture and society.
I'm too experienced to believe things just happen without justifiable cause.
Either it's the result of numerous coincidences, or someone is pulling strings in the background.

there is always a reason for anything in this universe at least. the reasons may be deemed stupid from our point of view but they still are reasons. I was hated by almost my entire duty section in the army because I was an effeminate white guy in a sea of macho racist [hated whiteys except for attractive white women] black folk.

Oddly enough, most people seem to like me. I have no idea why. :?:

I have a habit of driving people away. Just the way it is. I have no idea why. I have no idea why people do what they do. But, after 55 years and, I am the only common denominator, then I would say it's me.

Gimme time....it's the pattern. I haven't figured how to avoid it. But, it seems to be the way things are. I just have to give into it and learn better. But, for now.....I'll mess it up.....history suggests this.
