WHY CANT WE SPEAK RIGHT AWAY?
what is it about us that we can never speak right away?
for example when ever someone is done talking but when i tend to speak someone else does like the eaxct same moment..
how can i do this as well.
it gets annoying when i never get to speak.

First, because we miss many important nonverbal cues about the ebb and flow of a conversation. Neurotypical people have some ways to convey things like "I am nearly done talking" or "I would like to react to what you have just said" or "I have something to say right now" in an implicit an nonverbal way (based on gesture, facial expression, voice intonation, etc.) and they are "plugged in" those signals in an unconscious way.
Second, because some people really don't care about letting other people talk and will just go on as if you were not here regardless of your behaviour. Assertive and confident neurotypical people have the mental and behavioural tools to fight that sort of stuff, but we tend to both lack the means to do so and be uninterested in that kind of social power games (however frustrating it is not to be allowed to talk).
