Not like big things that take over your life but more smaller things. I'm making a studio to make videos, podcasts ect but some of the things i need cost a lot of money so iv'e been trying to save up money but i can't stop thinking about it and just want it now. I can't stop thinking about a thing until it's done and i avoid doing other stuff that i could be doing in the meantime. Thinking about it makes me really upset and unmotivated to do anything else. How do i stop focusing on something so hard and learn how to focus on more than one thing at a time?

The thing with Obsessions is once it becomes troublesome, distructive or harmful, and overall Atypical it offically becomes a Mental disorder and these things take a lot of time to recover from and usually require behavioural therapy to 'correct' it.

however you will never truly rid yourself of obsessive behaviour it will always be apart of you, you just need to learn how to manage it and use it to your advantage
