I would love something like this, I think it's a brilliant idea. This article pisses me off though, because, as usual, no mention is made of the autistic adults who could use it, it is solely focused on the kids and their "parents and therapists" who could help them use it. I wish wish wish the media would stop pretending like autism doesn't exist after kids turn eighteen! I'm guessing that the future solution which involves a sample conversation "for kids to learn from" is also going to be geared towards small children, and subsequently useless to adults. I'm having a ridiculously hard time learning facial expressions because every resource I find is made for kids, and always too simplistic, basic, or off-target for what I need. Even something as simple as a facial expressions chart is impossible to find without being too simple and cartoony. It drives me crazy!
