please help me

im adhd and i need some info on what meds work the best for adhd i take strattera and its not helping i mean it doesnt calm me down at all i need advice please help me

per dr. daniel amen MD [a psychiatrist specializing in ADHD] there are 8 different kinds of ADHD per brain regions affected. if you have temporal lobe ADHD you may need different meds than somebody with frontal lobe ADHD. in fact the usual frontal lobe stimulants may make some kinds markedly worse. when is the last time you met with your pdoc?

first of all you need to know what type of ADHD you have, and what comorbids also. only then can anybody know what meds/supplements are best. dr. amen wrote about it in his book "change your brain, change your life."
